We’ve scheduled sessions at different times so that every region of the globe can join in various live sessions at convenient times. They also are accommodating to various working shifts and schedules for participants. Hosting the series over a range of time zones is one way to help link with colleagues and perspectives from around the world.
Will recordings be available?
Following the live session, all registered participants will receive a link to a recording which will be available for 48 hours.
Can I register for just one session?
Registration is for the entire series of 10 sessions. If you can’t make a live session, the recording will be available to view for 48 hours.
What if I can’t afford the registration fee?
If the fee is a barrier, just let us know and we’ll help. We don’t want it to be a barrier for inclusion.
How can I help provide scholarships for others?
If you’re able to help cover sponsorships for others, there is an option in your registration to contribute. We’re really grateful for your support.
What’s the agenda for each session?
Each session in the series will open with a 10 to 15 minute overview of the selected characteristics. Participants in the session will have opportunity to contribute perspectives informed by their culture and experiences as well as ask questions. Some sessions will also include special guest co-facilitators or interviews.
Will the sessions be interactive? Will I be on camera?
The opening presentation will include the facilitator (and special guests for some sessions) on screen. Participants will be able to interact through the chat, question and answer, as well as the opportunity to join on camera to share a perspective or pose a question if they wish.
Are these sessions confidential and private?
The sessions are open to participants who register and recordings will be made available to participants for 48 hours following each session. Participants will be reminded to respect personal privacy of others and sharing of personal identity (e.g., name, location) is at the discretion of each individual.
