Effective leaders are needed in today’s world now more than ever. Too often good people rise to roles of influence because they excel at what they do, yet want their leadership to reach a higher level of impact within their organization and community.
This training series equips leaders at all levels with a framework of leadership practices grounded in a relational approach that values authenticity, trust, and respect across all of our human interactions. Participants learn how to strengthen their personal leadership capacity by exploring core leadership concepts, principles of self-leadership, organizational culture, leading others, and leading change.

Course participants receive a certificate for 10 hours of professional development. This certificate is applicable toward training requirements for the Child and Youth Care Certification Board in the competency domain of professional practice.
This course can be completed on your own. Each module includes self-paced video lessons with guided readings and reflective activities.

This course may be facilitated live for teams in your organization. This is typically structured through 75 to 90-minute weekly videoconference over 7 weeks. It can also be facilitated in a two-day on-site retreat format.
