Supervision Essentials

For the new and growing supervisor who has outgrown skills from prior roles and knows they can tap into even more effective skills in developing their supervisees.


Four weeks, working directly with James Freeman, to boost confidence and strengthen impact in the day-to-day and in navigating the hard conversations.


Dates: Four Thursdays: August 13 - September 3, 2026

Trauma-Informed Leadership

For the current and emerging leader entering new spaces of influence and knows that success depends on even greater levels of interpersonal effectiveness and adaptability. 


Ten weeks, working directly with James Freeman, to build greater presence, influence, and decision-making skills as a leader. 


Includes a research-based assessment for insights into the relational dynamics driving communication and collaboration, including in times of stress and conflict. 


Dates: Begins August 18


Time: 9:30 - 10:30 AM (Pacific)  


Format: Small group cohort + 1:1 access
