To successfully complete a Training Grounds course, participants must complete all required modules, submit assignments by the designated deadlines, pass any applicable quizzes with a minimum score of 75%, and attend required live sessions.
If a participant misses an assignment, quiz, or session, they may request a make-up within seven days of the original due date. Quizzes may be retaken up to two times within that window. Missed live sessions must be made up by watching the recording (if available) within 14 days and submitting a reflection or alternate assignment as directed by the instructor.
Participants who cannot complete the course within the scheduled timeframe may request an extension or deferral before the course ends by emailing support@training-grounds.net. Requests will be considered based on the reason, timing, and the participant’s overall engagement. Commonly accepted reasons include illness, emergencies, or significant work-related conflicts. Requests may be denied if submitted late, without valid cause, or if there is insufficient participation.
Incomplete courses without prior arrangements may require re-enrollment at an additional cost.
Certificates are awarded upon confirmation that participants have completed all required course modules, learning activities, and attended required live sessions or completed approved alternatives. Certificates are issued by email as a digital PDF within 14 business days of course completion.
For any questions or to request a replacement copy, email support@training-grounds.net with your name, course title, and completion date. For any questions, use the same contact.
At the end of each course, participants will receive a link to an anonymous evaluation form to share feedback on their experience. The evaluation covers course content, trainer effectiveness, and overall satisfaction. All responses are anonymous—no personal information is collected—to encourage honest feedback. Evaluation results are regularly reviewed to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Participant feedback directly informs updates to course content, trainer development, and future program planning.
All fees are non-refundable. If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to a colleague from the same organization or request a credit for a future session of the same or similar program.
To cancel or request a transfer or credit, email support@training-grounds.net before the course start date.
Refunds are only considered in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Training Grounds is committed to accessible learning. Participants who need accommodations—such as extended access, alternative formats, captioning, or interpretation—should email support@training-grounds.net at least 10 days before the course begins or as soon as a need arises.
Requests are reviewed individually, and participants will be notified of the outcome by email within 5 business days. We make every reasonable effort to meet access needs in alignment with the ADA.
If a request is denied, participants may appeal in writing within 5 business days of the decision.
