Course Completion Policy

To complete a Training Grounds course, participants must finish all modules, submit assignments on time, pass quizzes with at least 75%, and attend required live sessions. Make-up options are available if something is missed. Quizzes may be retaken twice within seven days. Missed live sessions can be made up by watching the recording (if available) within 14 days and submitting a brief reflection or alternate assignment. Requests for extensions or deferrals must be made before the course ends by emailing support@training-grounds.net. These are considered based on timing, reason, and overall participation. Courses not completed without prior arrangement may require re-enrollment at an additional cost.

Certificate Policy

Certificates are awarded upon confirmation that participants have completed all course requirements. Certificates are issued by email as a digital PDF within 14 business days of course completion. For any questions or to request a replacement copy, email support@training-grounds.net with your name, course title, and completion date.

Evaluation Policy

At the end of each course, participants will receive a link to an anonymous evaluation form to share feedback on their experience. The evaluation covers course content, trainer effectiveness, and overall satisfaction. All responses are anonymous and no personal information is collected in order to encourage honest feedback. Evaluation results are regularly reviewed to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Participant feedback directly informs updates to course content, trainer development, and future program planning.

Refund and Credit Policy

Every effort is made to deliver high-quality learning experiences and support participant satisfaction. While all fees are non-refundable, good faith collaboration is always welcomed to address any concerns. If unable to attend, a participant may transfer their registration to a colleague from the same organization or request a credit for a future session of the same or similar program. To request a transfer or credit, email support@training-grounds.net before the course start date.

Access and Accommodation Policy

Training Grounds is committed to creating inclusive and accessible learning environments. If you need accommodations—such as extended access, alternative formats, captioning, or interpretation—please email support@training-grounds.net at least 10 days before the course begins, or as soon as a need arises. Requests are reviewed individually, and a response will be provided within 5 business days. Every reasonable effort is made to meet access needs in alignment with the ADA. If a request cannot be granted, a written appeal may be submitted within 5 business days of the decision.

Leave of Absence Policy

If unexpected circumstances arise, participants are welcome to request a leave of absence by emailing support@training-grounds.net within 7 days of the issue. Please include a brief explanation and an estimated return date. Common reasons include medical emergencies, family crises, or major life disruptions. Each request is reviewed with care, and a response will be sent within 10 business days. If approved, options may include an extended timeline or transfer to a future session, depending on availability. If returning isn’t possible within the agreed timeframe, re-registration at full cost may be required. If a request is denied, an appeal may be submitted within 5 business days. Final decisions will be shared within 10 business days.

Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy

Training Grounds is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, citizenship, language, or any other protected characteristic is not acceptable and will be addressed promptly and seriously. Participants or staff who experience or witness discrimination or harassment are encouraged to submit a written complaint to support@training-grounds.net. All reports are reviewed confidentially and fairly, with outcomes typically communicated within 10 business days. Each case is reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken based on the findings. Actions may include education, mediation, or removal from the program. If the person submitting the complaint disagrees with the outcome, they may request a review by program leadership within 5 business days of the decision.

Complaint Resolution Policy

Training Grounds is committed to addressing concerns in a respectful, timely, and confidential manner. If you have a complaint about the program, facilitation, or experience, please email support@training-grounds.net. All concerns are acknowledged within 5 business days. Complaints are reviewed individually, and a fair, confidential process is used to understand the issue and explore next steps. A response will be provided within 15 business days whenever possible. Outcomes may include clarification, program adjustments, staff feedback, or other appropriate actions. If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a written review within 5 business days of the decision. Participants are informed of this process during course orientation and it is also included in the official list of program policies.
