REFUNDS: Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person in your organization on request.
CERTIFICATES: Certificates of completion are provided at the conclusion of the program upon verification of completion of program requirements.
ACCOMODATIONS: Accessibility accommodations based on participant needs are considered by request and may include, but are not limited to, alternative formats or extended access to materials, transcripts, and/or interpretation.
NON-DISCRIMINATION: Discrimination based on race, gender, citizenship, native language, age, disability, sexual orientation or any other characteristic is unethical and will not be tolerated in the administration of this program.
GRIEVANCES: Grievances submitted in writing will be provided a written response within five business days. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with legal and ethical standards, including mediation and final arbitration in all matters, is the responsibility of the program administrator.
PARTICIPANT CODE OF CONDUCT. In order to create a safe and productive environment for everyone, participants are expected to: (1) Treat fellow participants with respect and kindness; (2) Engage in constructive and supportive interactions, valuing the diverse perspectives and experiences of others; (3) Respect the confidentiality, personal boundaries, and rights of fellow participants; (4) Actively participate in program activities and discussions to the best of your ability.
GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL. Training Grounds LLC reserves the right to remove a participant from the program. Violation of the Code of Conduct or other serious breaches may be grounds for dismissal from the program without refund. The decision for dismissal will be at the sole discretion of Training Grounds LLC and will be communicated in writing.
PERSONAL AGENCY. This program provides education and support as an effective method of personal and professional transformation. The results achieved are directly related to the time, energy, and discipline that participants invest in themselves through the process.
EDUCATIONAL SCOPE AND HEALTH ADVISORY. This program is an educational coaching experience and is not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal services. Participants are encouraged to consult with a licensed professional in matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Training Grounds LLC will maintain confidentiality regarding any protected information exchanged or observed in the course of the program, except in cases of imminent harm to self or others, or as required by law. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, personal stories, health information, and proprietary business information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The content, processes, and materials in this program (except where otherwise attributed) are copyrighted and proprietary to Training Grounds LLC. Training Grounds LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property within this program. Program content is intended solely for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any other manner without the express written permission of Training Grounds LLC.
