Overview
Leadership in complex human-service environments is demanding. The pace rarely allows time to pause or reset, yet leadership actions and decisions still need to be sharp and effective.
The 2026 Leadership Development Series is a monthly, organization-wide webinar series facilitated by James Freeman. Sessions focus on how leaders stay present under pressure, build strong working relationships, and make decisions with long-term impact. Together, these practices strengthen trust, stability, and effectiveness across the organization.
