The Training Grounds Leadership Academy offers a structured, virtual space each month for leaders to keep essential leadership principles front of mind—without adding more to their plate.
Each monthly session, led by James Freeman, blends reflection, practice, and peer dialogue and is grounded in Training Grounds framework for leadership in complex work.

Live, remote sessions are offered each month (typically on the 2nd Thursday) from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Pacific.
Themes are explored over two sessions, allowing time for discussion, application, and reflection.
