Leadership Academy

 The program combines monthly training sessions with interactive office hours, providing both structured learning and personalized support to address the unique challenges your leaders face. 

Practical themes and topics - such as employee engagement, managing difficult conversations, and sustainable leadership strategies - provide leaders at all levels with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of their roles.

All sessions are facilitated by Training Grounds founder James Freeman, associate member of the California Alliance for Child and Family Services and past board member of the Association of Children’s Residential and Community Services. James holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and brings over 30 years of experience in youth and family serving organizations.
