Monthly sessions: Wednesdays 10:00–11:00 AM Pacific
Pricing: $2,400 per organization
Enrollment: Open year‑round
Includes: 12 months access to monthly live sessions, notes, and recordings for up to 30 participants

Who should attend and will it be relevant?

Supervisors, managers, directors, and emerging leaders. Include leaders across levels to strengthen retention, reduce reactive supervision, and build consistent leadership practice. Sessions blend teaching, reflection, and practical application for leaders closest to the daily work.

How much time will this require?

One hour per month for the live session. Recordings are available for catch‑up or missed sessions.

Who facilitates the series?

James Freeman, MA, CYC-P is a globally trusted trainer with 30+ years in trauma exposed youth‑serving systems. He has held national leadership roles, including president of the Child and Youth Care Certification Board, and is a recipient of the National Staff Development and Training Association’s Career Achievement Award.

How does the multi‑agency cohort work?

Organizations participate alongside peer agencies in a shared cohort to strengthen learning and reduce isolation.

Can we join mid‑year?

Space permitting, enrollment is open year-round. Enrollment is for a 12-month period.

Can we use recordings for onboarding?

Yes. Recordings are available to participating organizations during their enrollment period.
